Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must include original tags and packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase or your order number

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The item is defective
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
- Your item is defective
Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Beauty or personal care items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
